Nestled in the heart of Burnaby, Canada, the Dania Campus consists of four key buildings: Dania Home, Dania Manor, Carl Mortensen Manor, and the soon-to-be-launched Dania Gardens. Set to open its doors in Spring 2025, Dania Gardens will provide independent living in a vibrant, community-focused environment.
At Dania Gardens, we are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our residents, offering affordable housing options, and fostering a community where everyone feels like family. With the addition of Dania Gardens, we are thrilled to expand our offerings and provide even more opportunities for seniors from all walks of life to live independently and thrive.
As we prepare for the opening of Dania Gardens, we’re excited to see a long-awaited dream come to life. After planning this affordable senior living community since 2017, it’s finally becoming a reality. Residents will be able to move in as early as April 1st, with our official opening ceremony scheduled for May 26th.

Dania Gardens isn’t just a place to live – it’s a community built on compassion, respect, and inclusivity. With 46 market-rate suites and 109 subsidized suites, our newest addition to the Dania Campus offers a wide range of living options for seniors of all backgrounds.
The suites are meticulously designed with open, European-inspired layouts and are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, walk-in showers, and private patios. One of the standout features is Granly Gardens, our therapeutic garden, where residents can engage with nature and unwind, especially during the warmer months.
